The service

MasaDeals is a verified promo-code service operated by an individual (sole proprietor) based in New York, USA. It publishes promo codes that have been tested in real merchant carts, with dated verification receipts, and exposes the same data to AI shopping agents through an MCP server and a REST API (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms.

What a verification is — and is not

A code’s “verified” status means it applied successfully in a real checkout test on the date shown in its receipt, under the cart conditions described. Merchants control their own codes and checkouts and can change, restrict, or retire a code at any time without notice. A verification is dated evidence, not a guarantee that a code will work for your cart, and MasaDeals is not responsible for a merchant’s pricing, availability, or checkout decisions.

Using the feed (API and MCP)

• Read calls need no account or API key. Use the Service for real shopping and checkout flows, at reasonable volume.
• Report checkout outcomes honestly through report_outcome — outcomes are how verdicts stay current, and knowingly false reports degrade the Service for everyone.
• Do not use the Service to brute-force candidate codes against a merchant’s checkout, to generate or simulate clicks or purchases, or to misrepresent MasaDeals data as your own verification.
• The downloadable verdict dataset on the success-rates page is published under CC BY 4.0; other site content may be quoted with attribution and a link.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes what data the Service receives and how it is used. Do not send personal data in cart context — the Service does not need it.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MasaDeals’ liability arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (which, for the free Service, is zero).
