# MasaDeals > MasaDeals is a verified promo-code feed for AI shopping agents. At checkout, an agent asks MasaDeals for one code that fits the actual cart — constraints (minimum cart, categories, geography, customer type) already checked, ranked by verified checkout success, never by commission — or receives a certified answer that no working code exists, so it stops searching instead of brute-forcing dead codes. ## The one rule Codes are ranked by verified success. Never by commission. Commission is stored for reporting only; the ranking logic never reads it. When nothing clears the verification bar, the feed returns the certified negative: { "codes": [], "verdict": "no_verified_code" }. ## Code statuses - declared — published by an affiliate network or merchant, not yet confirmed by checkout outcomes. - verified — recent agent-reported checkout outcomes confirm it works. - stale — worked before, not confirmed recently; treat with caution. - dead — recent outcomes show it no longer works; not served as a recommendation. ## For agents: MCP server MasaDeals is an MCP server with three tools. The same server also runs over stdio in the MasaDeals engine. - find_codes(merchant, cart) — codes that fit this cart, ranked by verified success; returns the certified negative when none do. - check_code(merchant, code, cart?) — one code's status, constraints, success stats, and whether it fits a given cart. - report_outcome(merchant, code, applied, failure_reason?) — report what happened at checkout. (1) Sample fixtures: network-shaped demonstration data, marked sample in responses and "Sample fixture" on status pages. (2) Real web-sourced codes: each carries listing evidence — tier "merchant_site" (the exact code appears on the merchant's own site) or "reputable_listing" (a reputable public deal listing), the source URL, and the date checked. A source check means the code was advertised at that source on that date; it is NOT a checkout test. Web-sourced codes enter as status "declared". A code becomes "verified" only through a real checkout: agent report_outcome telemetry, or our own dated guest-cart verification receipt (round 1, 2026-10-31: 22 codes tested at 10 merchants — 12 verified, 7 rejected and kept in the store as certified negatives, 1 conditional and not served, 2 blocked and removed to the verification ledger). Only verified codes are served as offers; everything else is tracked, labeled, and never recommended. Live affiliate-network feeds are not yet connected.
